Please understand for raw hair the quality may vary between bundles because of maintenance by donor. Each bundle can differ in color and texture. We do not guarantee that each bundle will be exactly the same. All hair is washed and air dried naturally before being shipped. Our prices are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy
You have 24 hours to cancel your order after it has been placed.
Changes
Once an order has been placed no changes can be made.
Returns and Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges to guarantee sanitation. All sales are final.
Processing and Shipping
We offer next business day shipping. Monday-Friday with a cut off time of 1pm PST. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. We highly recommend that you order your hair in at least 1-2 weeks advance from desired date. Processing and handling once order is shipped, time frames may vary and is out of our control. We will do our best to make sure you receive your order in 3-5 business days.
Please be sure to provide the correct shipping information at the time of check out. Note that it is the customers responsibility to provide correct and accurate billing and shipping information. Please TRIPLE check all information entered at the time of check out.
All orders can be purchased with shipping insurance as Pauzz is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you track your order and there’s a difference in delivery information please contact us as soon as possible. We will open a proper investigation. In the determination that your package has been lost your order will be resent.
International shipments are responsible for custom taxes and duties upon delivery.
